It can also cultivate an imbalance in the energy of body that can quickly form into - anxiety. Yoga rules, anxiety drools. Let go of that which does not serve you and step into your power with this fierce NO FEAR practice.</p><p><br></p><p>Great for those wanting to trim and tone too. Use your breath and return to this practice again and again to see how they mind and body work together anew - each day!</p>

Watching Adriene in crow it occurred to me that it would be fun to see a reel of Adriene bloopers! (Maybe on the membership?) “Keeping it reel”. :) Might make the rest of us feel better, when we have an uncoordinated day, like I had today.

Love the pace of this practice. More strength training for me this way. I flew better on one side than the other but that's yoga and a weak right hip! Happy Saturday, everyone. 😀

This took me out of my head, gave me space in my mind and body. Nice pacing to breathe through the flow with ease. Youre superb at dialing us back into present moment awareness. Glad I checked in. Practice self-care. Surrender. Trust. Move stagnant energies. Love the serene location, soothing to the senses. Indeed, no fear. And today, I flew 3x in crow (nice approach to crow Adriene - my best ones yet!) and soared with airplane arms. Empowering! Confidence building session. Aligning my energetic plumb line! Grounding. Centering. To rise above the fray. Nice Teacher! Love replaced doubt! Conquer fear by staying curious. So lighthearted. Your loving kindness is so evident in your cues. Soothing shavasana. You’re a real gem Adriene. I am strong. I am enough. No fear. Reconnecting and honoring myself to find that inner joy in under an hour! Wow! Sending good vibes to everyone!
