<p>The at-home yoga practice provides us the ongoing opportunity to begin again.</p><p><br></p><p>This journey HOME offers a worthwhile opportunity to learn about your body, integrate the breath, and ultimately explore how to move better. I invite you to consider what it means to move well. We approach today’s practice with a willingness to explore what it means to integrate.</p><p><br></p><p>Try to think of the body as one complete moving part, versus a bunch of different units. On Friday I found a lump in my breast, appointment isn’t till the 6th of February. I really thought I would fall apart but thanks to my yoga practice and meditation I’m keeping it real. Thank you Adriene and all you guys for having my back 🙏🏻

<p>Home always triggers up emotions for me. I recall doing this series when it was new and I was going through a period of transition, a period of despair, and this series was one of the only sources of light. Sometimes I go back to that place when I hear the music, which isn’t a bad thing, it reminds me of different times of life, of who I used to be, of who I am. I will try to not to avoid to do these in the fear of being triggered. </p>

<p>My first time trying to keep my yoga streak on my period as I get really bad cramps. I was just gonna show up on the mat and probably lie there for the whole video but every move helped me relax more and I was able to push myself more than I thought. Leaving the mat feeling really proud of myself today. Thank you for this practice 🩷</p>

I’m excited for the last few days! I’ve started every single 30 Day Yoga with Adriene every single year and never made it past a couple of weeks and even then doing catch up days. That’s what I’ve always done.....started things. And I always say “Better to start many things and never finish, than to never start anything at all” (which is true I guess) but this year I really want to change that about myself....starting here. So tomorrow morning I will wake up and I will do Day 28 and then I will draw a little love heart next to it on the Home calendar on my fridge and then there will be two practices to go. I haven’t missed one single day this time!

This one was hard for me, and it was good hard! Mentally, this entire Home journey has really helped me dig out of some rough spots and begin to truly find my way back home. I am so happy to be making this journey, and sad this particular 30 day is almost over. Ive been practicing for only almost 9 months now,began at age 65 and have never felt so right and good.

<p>I used the comments to decipher this was a fiery class and it definitely was! Great for burning some ovulating energy. Side triangle felt amazing as did high lunge and those little side body curtseys!</p>
