I love the flow of this practice, but it does make me focus on some body image issues where my belly gets in the way of stepping up to a lunge from downward dog, so i lost it a little bit at that point because it was a whole section of flow i can't do ☹️

<p>It's my birthday today and always a time of reflection given the season. I've just had some annual leave from work so this is perfect. It was complete serendipity that I looked the class up as I don't always follow the calendars, the universe is trying to tell me something! Namaste 🙏</p>

hank you for this practice that truly serves my ecosystem. I choose to show up consistently for myself because in doing so, I find it easier to ground and be more present with what is and accepting of wherever I find myself in, as I have the tools within me to influence the outcome of my experience (to shift/adjust/modify) in a way that serves. It’s all good. Love the downward/3-legged dog to crescent lunge flows. Stretching, elongating - finding equilibrium. Nicely paced, mindful flows, repetitive movements, timely cues and Messages that resonate. I am grateful for the added layer of awareness I gain from Marnie’s Yoga for Osteoporosis and Liz’s new pilates video. Thank you Adriene for all that you’re doing for all of us. You’re doing a ton of good in my life. My heart overflows. May everyone practicing cycle through anything, overcome any hurdles, find ease and balance. We are all worthy. Take good care. ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

Both my grandmother and my cat passed away this month. Grief has made it challenging for me to think or even breath properly. Practices like these help me feel a little lighter 💜. Thank you.
