What a great little flow! Adding this to my favourites. I listen to the video more than look so when Adriene said left leg forward in that first high lunge it wasnโ€™t till I got in a bit of a tangle trying to follow with the arms that I realised she had her right leg forward ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ”ฅ

Opinion please- I missed two days of the challenge- should I try to make up those days or just own that I skipped them?

I loved this! Refreshing. Helpful tip: on the second flow (3 legged dog, high lunge, warrior) she says left foot forward on both rounds so be sure to do one of those with your right foot forward :)

Very delicious flow! Im doing Move in the mornings w/day 6 of the Original 30 Days of Yoga &amp; doing Home at nite with a gentle bedtime or relaxation flow! I am loving it &amp; feeling great! Thank u Adriene, Benji &amp; the YWA community. If im not feeling like getting on the mat, I read the comment section &amp; get inspired by all the love I find there! Namaste ๐Ÿ’œโค๏ธ๐Ÿ™

Morning people.. I was a little sore in the lower back when I woke up. So doing this practice was kinda good for it (I think??). The Cobra, upward dog, bridge and rolls were a little intense but I tried to breath through it. I'm in Cobra now as I write this trying to stretch out my back and breath through it. I must have pushed myself to hard yesterday ๐Ÿ˜ž
