Today we focus on trust. The art of listening and responding. But what are we listening to? My cues? Your body? What else? Peel back another layer of onion and open to your hidden truth. Listening cultivates trust. Leading with your breath creates an environment for trust. Trust the process. Uncover your hidden truth. This session is solid. I am so excited for you!

Curious about what your practice may look like after day 30? YWA provides a free calendar of yoga and meditation for every month of the year. So you really can do 365 days of yoga. Visit the calendar page for updates: www.yogawithadriene.com/calendar.

I love to read your comments. I missed practice yesterday as we were having our own beloved Benji put to sleep. 14year old lurcher, such a good boy and handsome as can be. I feel like my hearts broken. Im going to trust this practice is what I need today and follow it with heartbreak practice. Then im going to cuddle my other dogs especially Bens son Alfie 🥺💔💖 Thankyou Adriene for always providing what I need 🙌🙏

I have zero energy today. The lunges that i usually feel so strong doing had me literally falling over i feel so weak. I will have to redo this one. So disappointed in my body.

Challenging but felt great! I have noticed that lunges are challenging for me and have been wanting to challenge myself to strengthen my legs so this was perfect! I am so happy to be in a place where i can accept challenge as an invitation to deepen and grow. Finding a movement practice that brings me joy and fulfillment rather than shame has been incredibly meaningful ❤️ i used to feel an immense amount of shame the moment i started doing any sort of “exercize”, even yoga. Lots of therapy and healing have brought me to a place where I can embrace beginners mind a curiousity and genuinely use my yoga practice as a time to love and honor my body :-) thank you adriene.

Today is my 97the day of yoga (and FWFG) and I was able to hold crow pose for the first time! I used a bolster as a nose protector (the first time I tried it I fell flat on my face, so I've been kind of afraid of it since then). I only booped the bolster once! I'm elated! It's amazing to be getting measurably stronger with my daily yoga. Thanks for the beautiful practice Adriene!

It took EFFORT to get to the mat today. I'm so glad that I got there. This wasn't an easy practice, but it was awesome. My big question: what happens in the 30 days AFTER this journey? I really hope there's another 30 day journey available to start. Namaste.

Coming to the end of my second round of breath and I managed crow for the first time EVA! Trusting myself and trusting the process. It has taken years to get my strength and alignment to this point, but the journey has been so worth it

You and your team are sharing life changing habits and training for. I started your 30 fay challenge mid January after not being a person who wasn't even comfortable with closing my eyes for introspective meditation.

I've never been able to hold Crow for more than 5-7 seconds but something clicked today and i felt sooooo light that i was able to straighten my arms once in position!! Holding crow for 10-15 seconds PLUS straightening my arms is a MAJOR first for me, and I can tell its the last 27 days working their magic <3 Did anyone else out there fly extra-high today in their Crow?? :)
