On Day 11, we jump right in with a dynamic flow practice to replenish your soil. If you like, please take a couple mindful breaths to tune in before you press play. In today’s practice, try to give your thinking mind a break, dropping expectations and patterns of judgment. I know it’s easier said than done, but use your tools. Namely, the sound of your breath.

Feel it out. Loving reminder: You have everything you need here.

So move mindfully and take your time. If you are not in rhythm with my guidance, that is okay.

Move at your own pace. Work where you are today. (There are so many layers to play with!)

Darling, allow yourself to… dig in.

Sign up for my daily emails that correspond with the practice, receive your free HOME calendar, and invite a friend to join: www.ywahome.com

Have a question? Confession: I read the comments before I do the practice so I can see what is in store. Anyone else do that too? Thanks for another beautiful practice Adriene et al!

'Dig' makes me think of the garden and nurturing the soil to receive new living things .. a good analogy for yoga where we nurture our bodies to receive new ideas in our home practice. Loved this practice even though crow still evades me.. xx

This has been an amazing series so far but today’s practice was a personal milestone for me. I’ve moved from practicing semi regularly to regularly over the past year and I’m happy to say this is the first 30 days of yoga I’ve kept up with daily. But the real achievement for me is finally being able to get my toes up in crow pose even if just for a few seconds! I’ve been able to get on my tippy toes and at best one foot before but I was shocked to realize today I had strength to lift both feet off the mat!

My hips were sore at the start and parts of this was tough, but think it's my favourite Home practice so far. Feeling challenged but replenished 🤗

I'm so grateful I played this because it brought me to a deep insight of mine which I need right now. It's not him, it's not her, it's I. Me. All me. Thank you for this Adrienne. Namaste.

I was nervous about this one because I am so out of shape. I really surprised myself though I was able to follow along almost the whole way! Instead of crow practice I stayed in a squat but I felt like my hips and low back really needed it. Man this one flew by!
