I do not mean to be rude but I have zero idea what you mean by nervous system. I am extremely limited on time and like to hit the mat everyday for exercise and often change up meditation and non active videos for others in the calendar. A better description would be helpful. From your description, there is no real exercise but mostly breathing? I will skip it for now and choose one I already know is active and hopefully someone can enlighten me what actually happens in this video. Thank you.

This practice couldn't have come at a more perfect time. I've been dealing with a lot these last several weeks. I lost a dear friend in a tragic car accident, my husband is having some medical issues that we can't afford because insurance doesn't cover it, which has caused my anxiety to spike. Constant worry about him and then our finances has been taking a toll on me. Hearing your sweet voice guiding me through this practice today was just what I needed. I cried through this whole practice and it was such a good release of so many emotions that have been bottled up. So thank you Adriene for "being there" for me today and every day. You are so appreciated! ❤️❤️❤️

Thank you 💗I’m in Chico, Ca with fire all around us. This was perfect this morning. Tried to share with others here. Anyway you can share a subscription video like this? I sent to some that could really use this one video but no access unless subscribers. 😞

I needed more movement today and found myself annoyed with this one. After five minutes of nothing I realized there would be no significant movement. I wish we could get accurate descriptions to indicate when the whole video will be sitting in stillness. I often find myself spending my limited time scrolling through comments trying to get some sense of which poses may be included.

I love all the restorative videos, so this was a treat 🙏

I used to think my steering towards restorative yoga was laziness, but now I realise it's to balance out the mind and body from work and life stresses. My job is very stressful and active, so really this downtime is needed 🌸

This is one of my favorites and I return to it when I need some self TLC. I have been doing YWA for more than 5 years without missing a day. Tomorrow would have been our 46 first date anniversary and this is also the month my wife passed 4 years ago. A hard but joyous memory time for me. Adriene, you have helped me get through it all. Thank you. Lady is always watching along with Benji while I do my daily practice.
