It’s 18 minutes that should fly by, so whatever you are coming to the mat with, try to stay focused and take yesterday’s inquisitiveness with you.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>You might find that it’s easier to find your breath when you are flowing in and out of shapes.&nbsp;</p><p>See if you can find that same depth of breath today as we ground in new asana vocabulary.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Take whatever you are working&nbsp;<em>with&nbsp;</em>today and make a home for it.&nbsp;</p><p>Allow it to teach you, serve you, reflect back to you.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>This is a practice for the mind and body. Ground. Just joined FWFG this morning after completing day 9 then realised day 10 was already on here.. so if course I just had to do it ☺️.. I thought I was going to struggle doing two back-to-back but it was actually really good. I love doing it at the same time as every one else instead of month's later all alone or with only a couple of others.. seeing everyone's comments is so uplifting and motivating.

<p>Well. Entire time focused on legs and feet close together. Knees touch (knock knee) ankles don't. AND&gt;&gt;&gt; remembering idea to tear the matt asunder between my feet!!!! Viola! My knees don't touch and my entire time is spent breathing into the tiny tiny stabilizing muscles of the hip working constantly to maintain balance....lovely practice to focus solely on this incredible process...journey. </p>
