Thank you so much for this practice. My father, Ken passed away yesterday at the age of 88 and I needed to do a practice because this week has been very difficult with hospital visits. So I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I was fortunate to be with him as he transitioned.

I just want to say thankyou so much for this ❤️ this is the first time i have felt an emotional release doing yoga. My dad died 3 years ago and i have had his memory locked away in a box in my mind and today in Savasana i finally allowed him to come out, very emotional but also a huge release in my heart. Thankyou so much 🙏😍

Came to this practice with a slight headache and feeling meh but the stretch and pace was just what I needed. I didn’t opt for the bridge instead bringing my block back under my head to massage the back of my neck and head 🫶🏻 so yummy. Honestly these videos are a lifesaver for me. Sending out peace and happiness to you all ❤️

I love this practice so much. "We know when you continue to care for yourself, show up for yourself, it allows you to be in a better position to show up for others and care for others..." As someone who is burned out from keeping a non-profit afloat for the last two plus years, this was the message and the practice I needed. Filled with gratitude. Namaste.

This was perfect after a night of little sleep looking after a new blue heeler puppy. Thank-you!

On day 5 of isolation after testing positive for Covid-19, I found my way to this practice and it has me sweating like a rock star. The amount of healing my body is doing is just breathtaking and finding this gem to help it along was just pure love. Thank you, Adriene for what you do; sometimes it feels just cosmic :-). Namaste.

Great. I loved that. I actually did it Monday morning.. before work, but it was perfect to relax away the stress of re-starting the week, and allow me to go forward with more calm.
