<p>Feel overwhelmed with gratitude for Adrienne and FWFG this morning it’s been such a beautiful and nurturing part of my life for years which I’ve always had mostly daily and I’m not sure if the team and lovely lady herself know what a gift it’s been and how it’s been such a cornerstone of better my mental health, my life would be so different if I hadn’t had this solace/friend/movement feeling very emotional 🥹 as I do this old friend of a day 8! 🙏🏻❤️💕</p>

I am getting so much more out of these meditation practices than I did when initially doing them with the January themes, so thank you. I struggle with shavasana. I have a booty and so am not sure if I should be feeling my sitz bones on the ground and my lower back arched, or if my tailbone and spine should be flush with the mat. The latter gets pretty uncomfortable but I have a hard time releasing with the former. Any guidance appreciated.

This week of Day 8s has been truely beautiful, bringing me so much calm and peace. I honestly didn’t realise just hie much I needed this so thank you for helping me to find serene balance 🙏❤️

<p>This is such a beautiful and restorative moving meditation. It felt like a huge sigh of relief and a great release. A gift to oneself: the ability to loosen up one’s grip, soften…and be resilient. Flip the script. And cultivate resilience. By observing. Listening more. Slowing down. Not to be passive. But moving from a place of connect. To Be gentle. Be kind. Be more Compassionate. Cultivate Patience. Create Space. Allow the Pocess. To unfold with Clarity (of Intent). Feel one’s way through to good ! This is a great practice for the gut also. To refine the edges, to soften and gift oneself grace. Bring forth that inner smile and brilliance. This is a nice treat for keeping at it. A very restorative and well-conceptualized session to stretch, move gently, sway a little and keep those mindful movements going to align with the breath to find my way to good! This is a lovely series Dedicated to Find(ing)What Feels Good. Dancing to the rhythm of life. I have agency over how I choose to let go. Release my grip. Loosen my grip. Lighten up. And feel free to Trust my innermost instincts/intuition. Thank you Adriene. May we all be safe, be healthy, be well. May we live with ease. 🩷🧡💛💚🩵💙💜11/26/25</p>

<p>I have read that people can experience all kind of emotions during the hip stretch, but I never experienced anything similar till today’s practice. Going into the hip stretch I felt extremely tense and uncomfortable, I was about to go out of the shape, and all of the sudden I felt so heavy in the hips, heavy and super comfortable, relaxed and really grounded. I paused the video and stayed like that for some time. Unbelievably amazing, there was some emotional change from tension to ease, that happened so unexpectedly. I feel awesome:)</p><p>I am very impressed and grateful for Adriene and her team:)</p>
