Here, simply because I need to seek some warmth…and knew for sure that this space has that. After reading some comments, I caught a glimpse of this thumbnail…and could not resist the pull. My eyelids are swollen. Life at times seem so unfair. I wanted to stay the night at the hospital. Was nudged to go home. In hindsight…it’s not about me. I have to stay strong. This helped me Adriene. I love the way the practice closed. That gathering towards the heart center. I don’t know, it just gives me so much lift! My hips and my lower back are fine. But this session found some really good places to land within me. The universe really has my back. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I can hold space and not be emotional. Funny, and yet not…that so much is going on around me and yet, there’s that stable place, space where I can be there for it all. Strong. Flexible. And fully aware. In just a little bit of time. I gathered myself. I am grateful for everything! And my hips got more love too! To trust. Stay the course. To focus on how I can be more of service. Be completely there. Present. Make each moment count. And if we are granted more time…how blessed I am. I love you back Adriene! Hugs! 🩷🧡💛💚🩵💙💜 07/21/25

Oh wow this was absolutely perfect for me this morning. Processing big grief and feeling very vulnerable, so movement is feeling hard - this shifted my energy significantly in such a short amount of time and I feel much more prepared for the day 💕 I'll be returning to this one a lot, thank you!!

This question has occurred to me often during practice, but it’s emphasized strongly in this one, so I thought I’d ask: Why does Adrienne suggest we move our back knee back to get a better stretch, when it is so much easier to move the front foot forward? Whatever I try to Scooch my knee back, nothing really happens. I get a better effect if I move my front foot forward. Is there some special benefit to moving the back leg back as opposed to moving the front leg forward? Is this another question of not having enough core strength?

Love this practice, does so much more magically than stretch my hips. I paired it with Alia's 10 min wake up for neck and shoulders and feel good 😊

That was fantastic!! I might even slow it to 0.75x next time I do it, just to soak in each one of those a little longer. 💛✨🙌 Another win Adriene !! 👌👊
