This hands free yoga practice invites you to find release and surrender to a FLOW state. Tend to tight shoulders and hips. Pay attention to how they are connected to your mental and emotional state.

Gain flexibility and stability on the mat so you can cultivate the same off the mat. Grab a small towel, necktie, pillowcase, or yoga strap (if you have it) for this session and let's Find What Feels Good.

I picked this video because I have rotator cuff tears in both shoulders. Wondering if you can recommend other videos that would also be gentle for my shoulders. I’ve been doing yoga with Adriene for three years now every day. Trying to find a set of videos that I can do that don’t involve a lot of Chaturangas. Plank and ownward dog are OK but not a lot of them.

I like this practice, but my back always kills me when i sit cross legged for long, even with a cushion. Has anyone else experienced this or found a solution?

Hey friends. Tonight was the 4th time this month the little child in me got retraumatised. I feel a lot of grief and terror. But also deep inside love for myself and this community and trust that it will all be well somehow. Even when life seems to be throwing more and more horrible stuff at me while my situation has already been so tough the past years, maybe my whole life.

Needed this today after a weekend of yard work. I’m always on the lookout for hip opening videos and this one was great. Maybe someday a full hour of hip openers? Just a suggestion. I have hip dysplasia and constantly need to stretch my hips. Thank you as always, Namaste.

I’m relatively new to yoga. Started to incorporated into my daily routine about six months ago and I have really fallen in love with the connection I’ve made with this practice at 61. I have learned that the most valued commodity has become time and what I do with it. Spending it with those I love doing the things that I love is what is most important to me in my life these days. Happy Monday everyone have a great day.

What a great practice! It’s yoga physical therapy at home. I had recently pulled or strained a muscle in my pelvic bowl from too much stress and working too long of hours (who knew planning a wedding and working 9hr days at a desk would do that). I stopped doing yoga regularly for the last year and switched it for cardio and strength training while getting fit for the wedding. Because of all of that I somehow injured myself and unfortunately any intimacy has been so difficult and painful. Wish me luck on my recovery ❤️ take it easier everyone!

This is so tough for me. I am so tight in my hips I could only sit cross legged for 6 minutes. I will try another session to warm up and come back.

Gosh I forgot how much my body loves this practice. And today, my heart loved it even more. I've been in a funk with my physical health lately and this practice really brought me back to the days when I was in love with my yoga practice and caring for my body. I started this video feeling avoidant, and ended it smiling with gratitude. I love you Adriene, fwfg team, and community 💜
