<p>Ok yoga people, I haven’t written any comments in a long time, because my life has gotten very busy in my retirement with me caring for my twin grandsons three days a week and I wouldn’t change a thing about it.  However, I have something to share.  I still love yoga and am able to do it most days and it’s always with Adriene.  She has won my yoga heart over.  To make a long story short, I am 72 years of age, college educated, but was so silly as to have breast implants put in my body at 27.  Ask me if ANYONE ever told me to get them out?  NOPE!  And I knew they were very hard and painful, yet no one in the medical profession suggested I take them OUT.  How many years ? 46 or 47!  I only got them to fill out a tiny b cup, not even to brag.  So, yes I now must get them removed.  Pretty sure one is ruptured and they are disfigured and hideous.  Tomorrow is the surgery and I’m asking for my yoga community who reads this to please send me some positive vibes.  🙏❤️ I though I was cut off, </p>

<p>Today is the first day I’ve done a full yoga practice with Adrienne this year. It’s been a rough start to 2025 for me as my mom passed away on New Year’s Day. Travelled back home for the funeral and be with my siblings, then travelled back. I always try to at least get in at least a quick 5 min yoga daily no matter how busy I get. However found that after my flight home, all of a sudden I couldn’t lift my right arm up high. It was bizarre to me because the morning before I was able to do a Sun Salutation practice. Because of the pain and not being able to sleep, ended up going to Urgent Care. The Xray showed calcium deposits in the tendons of my right shoulder. Possibly the area got inflamed from my lifting my carry-on luggage into the overhead bins for the 3 flights back? Anyway, this is the first day I’m feeling physically okay to attempt yoga again. I did get a steroid shot when I had an Ortho appointment a week back and it’s helped. Thankful for this practice. Now I’ve had time to think and reflect, this physical pain that came on after getting back to my current life was maybe just a way for my being to get rest and process what’s happened? Similar thing happened when my Dad passed 10 years ago. I got through everything and on the day I got back, I had stomach cramps and what I thought was food poisoning. Couldn’t hold anything down for days. Just an interesting observation. Oh, also it’s my birthday today. Turned 51 and feel so grateful to be alive. Thanks for letting me share here.</p>

<p>As I sometimes relate the calendar exercises to my daily commitment ,I take the liberty to move the days around.So today is Monday and I did the Thursday practice,Healthy Yoga Body, delightful and strengthening and toning muscles and mind. Will put it into my private calendar to repeat it asap.Namaste🙏</p>

<p>Good morning from the Pocono mountains of PA! Temperature is about zero this January morning. I don't generally post here, but I did want to share the beautiful view I had over my very snowy lawn to the woods behind our home. I was midway through the video when 4 deer delicately stepped across the lawn to descend through the trees, heading to the creek at the bottom of our hill. Such a gift!</p><p></p>
