As a reader of the Comments section, I would much prefer that the comments would load in chronological order with the most recent comment on top. There's no reason for an older comment to top the list just because it attracted several replies. Older comments are sometimes the least helpful, encouraging, or timely for our community, yet they are repeatedly the first to be seen. Thank you. Namaste, fellow yogis. 🙏🏽

Pure perfection! I am reaping the rewards of Yoga for Osteoporosis. I highly recommend it to everyone. I am excited for everyone to benefit from it too! Awesome Team! I am more stable. Flowing with more grace and lightness No wobbles especially on my right side. Finding so much more ease! Rooting, grounding, being present is so much easier. It’s so good! The journey is the ultimate reward. I am honored to be here practicing safely with everyone under your loving auspices Adriene. Grateful for the team behind all of these also. And this amazing collective I feel so blessed to belong. Awesome! For making it feel like coming home every time I practice. No judgments. All love and support. Great cues. Delightful! I love somatic movements. Thanks for bringing Thomas Hanna into my consciousness. Marnie, you’re a gem! It’s all Yummy! For me, the philosophy of yoga is an essential aspect of existing deftly in a world still figuring out how to balance its opposing forces. We need more yoga! I am so giddy with gratitude. I love everyone here. Thanks for the spaciousness, grace, lightness, stillness, contentment, joy and peace. Uniting brain-breath-body with awareness has been oh so good for me! Grounding in the present moment, made easier! May everyone in this community feel the same. Honored to be part of this community you have built Adriene. The highest in me bows and honors the highest in everyone in this safe space. Take good care everyone . Peace, Light and Love. May my life and journey touch everyone else’s life and journey in this community for the better 😘❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

I started the practice at 10am and shortly into it I started to wonder what I looked like (I tell myself I'm not worried about it because I would never show anyone anyway) I realized that I wasn't showing up to the mat as I really am so I actually stopped and took a selfie...this is really vulnerable for me because I've always been focused on what's on the outside and not within, and I'm very self conscious on what's on the inside (inside of me and inside of my home). After my picture, I regrouped and picked up the video where I left off. I got distracted again, and a few mins later the screen I was practicing with died! At first I got worried that I was going to miss something because I didn't do it perfect, and only if I did it perfectly would I reap the benefits. So at first I was just going to immediately switch to a different screen and then my next shift happened-not only is all this screen time just bad for me and not only is charging all these screens super bad for our world, but I realized how out of my budget I've been living to pay for all of this electricity! I smoked 2 cigarettes, ate, and started the practice over at noon. During the time in between I gave myself a break, and kept my screen time down to under a minute. This really gave me an opportunity to really examine who I am by observing what I did in my free time. I mentally allowed myself to do what I wanted and then observed. Turns out I can use a lot of improving! When I started the 2nd practice I was a different person already. I noticed how much I've actually been gripping and holding, and I also noticed how much I was taking personally during even my yoga practice! I choose to no longer live in fear, I choose to love. I showed up, did my best, and really, really listened this time (for the first time). Thank you so much! Namaste.

❤️❤️ video description: don’t be intimidated by the length here, this practice goes by quick. The first 20 minutes is spent taking us in a beautiful stretchy sequence from seated up to standing. It takes it’s time getting us from the ground to standing but we stay moving the whole time, it doesn’t drag. We stretch it out and slowly warm up our bodies and energy, with breathwork, twists, spinal flexion, neck rolls, tabletop up to down dog, up to a sweet and gentle forward fold/halfway lift/mountain pose flow sequence, interspersing soem interesting stretches throughout. Then in the middle 15 minutes we have a nice flow— downdogs, lunges, warriors, side angle, triangle, chatarangas, etc. get’s the energy moving and stretching the body, and we close that out with chair pose. For the last ten minutes, we do eagle pose and then finish with a nice long knock on heaven’s door. And end in standing, setting intentions for our day. Enjoy this practice! You got this! Lots of love, E.

Got a later start today so wasn’t freling thrilled about the length and almost opted for a shorter one but so glad I did it! Such a good one! I actually started doing knocking on heavens door about 2 minutes before Adriene started doing it not knowing it was coming next but my body just felt like it was the next right thing to do. Love it when my inner teacher synchs up with the video…remidns me more and more to listen to those little inner nudges or quiet whispers no matter how small ❤️❤️

Why would anyone turn the video off at knocking on heaven’s door?? 😄 it’s like a delicious reward for a job well done. This was truly one of your best, Adriene, really wonderful flow. Exactly what I needed today for starting afresh 🙏

My head was like “nope, too long” and my body chimed in with “no way, too tired” but my heart said “c’mon guys, we can do this—it will be amazing!” I’m glad I listened to my heart on this one. Good lesson for my life right now! Just what I needed. Wonderful to revisit this old favorite. Thank you for putting it on the calendar for a Saturday practice. SO THANKFUL for the re-set. 💛🙏💛

I had forgotten how great this practice is. I love the warrior flow and the focus practice. (Side note, after 4 years I finally made the eagle legs!) Thank you 🙏
