<p>This restorative yin style session is designed to promote conscious rest and deep sleep. Through self-massage, breath work, and gentle yoga we will begin to relax and unwind. Get comfortable and use this time to pause and check-in with yourself and your true nature.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>I recommend that you wear comfortable clothes, perhaps something with a loose waistband, and bring 2 pillows and 1-2 blankets if you have them available.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Buenas Noches.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Invite your inner world to REST.</strong></p>

Please don't ever edit these videos in the Rest series down to save space, data compression, etc. They are so wonderful and any compressing of them would be a huge loss to their value. I love them so much just as they are. So. Much. They have rescued me from anxiety and not being able to sleep and I'm so grateful to you for them, Adriene.</p>

I do yoga with headphones on and it is so quiet you can gear Adriene's heart beating and i think that's beautiful
