Join me for a therapeutic Healing Yoga Break! Let go of anything weighing on you from the day and pause for a moment of softness. This flow starts with gentle stretches and deep breaths, then we tenderly pick up the energy as we invite our bodies to flow with what is.

Take this time to go easy on yourself and trust the process. This is a great practice for checking in with your heart space and sitting in self-compassion.

A gentle yoga break can be effective when you are feeling overwhelmed, heavy hearted, or fatigued. Restore the mind, repair the body, and recuperate your nervous system with the power of yoga. Give yourself permission to surrender with this 17 minute practice.

If it is available to you, bring a blanket, towel, or bolster to the mat and we will ease in to practice together.

Thank you for showing up to the mat.
Yes Adriene! For years I've thought the word "gaze" in your accent sounds like "gays" and have always cheered at "gays to the front"! Now you've finally referenced this! Brought me so much joy! Lots of love from these gays in the Scottish Highlands.

If Adriene made a yoga for garbage day I’d do it. Always, just what I need. Thank you from Gig Harbor Washington🙏

Thank you Adriene for this lovely practice. For me, at exactly a right time. My dad passed away and this brings strong emotions in various directions. I’m struggling hard. But this practice felt good and as you so rightfully say: a little goes a long way. ❤️‍🩹🩶

Thanks for this great practice! I've been feeling a little disappointed in myself so far these past few weeks. I was so excited at the beginning of this month, excited to work hard, train hard, meditate alot and just feel great. Silly. Instead, I've had an incredibly bad mood and have struggled quite a bit with anxiety and worry in recent weeks. This video made me realize that I'm not at a point in life where I should push myself too hard. I think I need more rest. Thank you💗

Today is my 47th birthday. I’m so grateful to have this practice to not only start my day but my new year. It was perfectly balanced. Thank you

I am repeating Breath this month 💕. I had not had time removing the mat this morning (I was going to be attending a little girl’s first day at school, as a sort of grandmother 👵), and as I got your invitation to the healing yoga, I did it in the evening, and I loved it.😍 I am glad to read about Benji not being too ill. Thank you for this and everyday yoga 💝🙏🏻💝🇳🇴💕

Adriene, I love you so much, you have been my core healing place in the past years. But I need to speak my truth. I have difficulty with restorative practices being so short. I understand that some people just don't have the time but when the practices are shorter, I feel the transitions are faster and the poses are held shortly, which doesn't work well with my nervous system, I feel rushed. I know I would be invited to stay longer in the poses myself but my brain can't handle you talking about another pose when I'm still doing the previous and the pause button is always out of reach. I would love to have longer practices so we could slow down more easily♥️ Thank you for taking your study into your work by the way. I love that. Much gratitude xxxx

Love this! Is this new? I would find it so helpful to know what years these practices have been released. This was perfect for me as I’m still nursing an injured calf. Thank you, Adriene + sweetest Benji. Namaste all 🙏💖🙃🙆🏻‍♀️🫶

Thank you for this practice. I feel really scared about this hurricane heading our way. This was so soothing and nourishing. I love doing yoga with you, Adriene. Love, Lauren
