That was so gentle and calming. I am nursing bruises all over my body where I stupidly somersaulted down some stairs. I was so pleased to find that I could do almost the whole practice - can't put weight on my left wrist so Downward facing dog is a bit of a challenge but I adapted that to dolphin. Really lovely practice. Thank you Adriene.
