Slow with some slightly more challenging longer holds in the middle. First 7 min is breath practice (which I hate but probably because I really need it). Then some great seated stretches. Flow start around min 13 with lots of planks and an interesting warrior series with some twists. Flow ends and goes into some good tree balance practice. Ends standing at min 43.

Started yoga 9 months ago and have been practicing daily. I was a tad nervous to see this one marked Intermediate, but jumped right in. I am 65 yrs old and am happy to report that it was amazing. Challenging. Hard in places, but I made it thru well and I feel fabulous. Thank you for an amazing Saturday morning flow!

Nice, slow and gentle practice and I really enjoyed the extended calming music at the end. However, for those looking for an intermediate practice, this is not it. There is nothing about it that would catergorize it as “Intermediate”. Not the pace, not limited cueing, and not the complexity of poses. I would say this was an “All Levels” class. I felt this was more like a moving meditation, but although it was not what I was looking for on this morning, I did enjoy it and will do it again when I’m looking for a gentle flow.

I felt that the actual flow was too short for an intermediate practice. A lot of talking and the actual flow didn’t start until 15 minutes in. My heart rate barely rose.

Loved this! It’s such a beautiful practice! It set the tone for my weekend. I found ease and grace with less effort. Balance. Joy. Space. Contentment. A nice reset. An act of self-love. Perfect early morning practice. I al grateful for this mindful practice . My heart overflows with love. Victorious breath! Spacious mind. Nice expansion to resist gravity! Did this practice on 2.13.22, following the Blossom calendar. It was the practice scheduled for my birthday and I approached it as a birthday gift from Adriene herself. Loved it. ❤️

This was good. Don't let "Intermediate" scare you off. This practice is for every yogi! It's a good combo of strength, meditation and heart openers. Enjoy! ❤
