I want to return to nature. I used to volunteer weekly and spend my Saturdays in forests or mucking about in ponds, it was glorious. Work has got in the way but when I asked my heart what she wanted to return to there was no mistaking the answer. The heart wants what it wants! 💕

I had never done yoga before starting the HOME series; because of the strange way my right knee turns inward, my horrendous balance, and my general un-flexibility, I thought I would never be able to do yoga. Starting this program is literally one of the best things I have ever done! I can’t believe how much better I feel and how much more I can do already! This video may have been my favorite one so far. It was amazing to feel my body doing new moves and not even struggling!

This was so fabulous...I think I need to repeat it tomorrow and even use it as a meditation. The moves hit all my sore spots, and your words touched my heart. I have shared you with so many women and men...my sons, daughters and granddaughter have joined me in doing 'YGA'. You have kept this 68 year old grandma able to sled, snowshoe, kicksled, ski and shovel. Love you! Grandma WhoWho

I want to return to the overwhelming sense of Gratitude I felt in the Day I adopted Grace (named because I felt she was an unmerited gift from God). The best Day of my life. ❤️🙏

Ah, sweet pigeon! I've always loved it although it's been challenging from the beginning. I no longer need a block to support my hip, only a cushion. I keep noticing on this journey how my body has evolved and continues to. On the inner side of the journey, I want to return to presence to people, which may mean returning to presence in the FWFG kula... Need more reflection on it!!!
