I really appreciate this practice even though I didn’t fly. In fact, I never fly 🥲It makes me feel so sad… So, I wanted some advice/opinion about my incapacity to fly and maybe you would be able to answer my questions, Rey Cardenas! I have a long torso and short legs and it seems like it would never be possible for me to fly because of that. I feels like my arms are too short?!? Is it possible? Any advice for the long torso-short legs community? 😉Always a pleasure to practice with you, Rey. Wishing you the best. See you soon on the mat (or here in the comments)

Loved this! I don't think there will ever be flying pigeons or crows in my practice but that's ok. As Rey said, some poses might not be in the wheelhouse! But I was today years old when I discovered I can do a figure 4 in child's pose!!! Great birthday gift to me! 🎉🎂🎁

Goodness that was totally beyond me! But I loved trying it. I found the instruction about hooking the toes to be really helpful and managed some type of crow on the left side. But the only flying for me was face forward to my nose! Great fun trying though and definitely one to repeat. Thank you 🙏🧘‍♂️

Thank you so much, Rey! Your voice is so soothing and instructions are so empathic, all my impatience flew out of the room within minutes, I felt I could stay with you the entire day. And I am impatient by nature, so this is wonderful! Also, Hearing cues from another instructor always gives me a new angle on old poses. Thank you.

Ooooeee!! The prep alone was worth the price of admission (the price = I can't fly...yet!) Favorited to keep working on those little bitty muscles throughout my lower half. Thank you Rey!!

While flying pigeon is definitely not in my practice at this point, I did get a lot out of this video. Thank you in particular for explaining clawing through our fingertips in a way that finally made the idea clear to me!

Loved this practice, Rey's calming voice always encouraging to keep going. Not in my wheelhouse today but my hips are very grateful for the prep. Thank you Rey, Adriene and your fab team for these super practices. Namaste
