From beggining to the end, I love everything about this practice! I am definitely loving how strong I am all throughout this session. This is a well-thought out class. The pace was on point! Breath, mind, body, muscles, alignment, spirit, energy synchronized in a well-balanced strengthening/empowering practice. I felt so grounded, strong, supported, mind calm, body moving as one (the training videos work!) and my breath powered me through the whole session! Amazing! Powerful enough without leaving me rushed or out of breath. This is so in tune with this month’s Embody theme. The journey is the reward! This aligns with my intention of Moving to Embody my truest (best) self! It’s all good! I am humbled and at the same time honored to be practicing with everyone here! Totally appreciate all that you do Adriene as well as the whole team behind this creative process. Thanks for lifting me/us up during this unprecedented period of seemingly endless challenges.
