<p>In our Day 2 session, we take the proper time to add a layer of intention and consider this part of the foundation. I am so grateful for this practice..it was just what I needed today-my heart was a little heavy. I am late in the home yoga journey but its so strange how you get exactly the practice you need sometimes..If anybody is late in their journey, I am with you..lets do this together.. :)

Amazing that we are so many people doing this together, even at the same time.! These practices are so meaningful and important for me personal (now and always. Not only do you get to build a loving relationship with yourself but also the world and fellow humans. Thanks to this yoga I feel supported and held - and that really touches me. The "song" at the end of the practices are so moving and really captures how I feel at the end of the yoga. Thankfulness, love and Namaste.

I did not sleep well last night (was awake for about 2 1/2 hours in the middle of the night) and did not want to do this. But reason prevailed, I got on my mat and I am SO HAPPY I did! my headache is gone and my brain feels more clear. Day 2 with Intention! Thank you Adriene! ~namaste xoxo

Today was a little tricky to keep my breathing constant, as I've still got my cold &amp; had to take little pauses to sort my nose out ;) I did enjoy the practice &amp; I set my intention, from the wise words of Adriene herself 'To show up for myself' Having had a tough few years I feel I've lost myself and now is the time I find my way back to me, take my place in the world, take up space and Show up for myself. I'm really excited about 2020, new career prospects, a settled home and of course a great community to enjoy some fabulous yoga. Thank you

Every year I choose a "word of the year" one that seems to ground me throughout the year, and one I use everyday as my intention. This year, my word is peace. Today's practice just fit perfect with that word, and my intention for this year- peace. Peace on the mat, peace off the mat, peace when things are going as I planned, and peace when they are not. Today's practice was a wonderful way to inject more peace in my day, and to remind me to carry that with me wherever I go. Thank you Adriene! And thank you to this community. Namaste
