Perfect timing! I’m so pleased to have kept up with this 30 day journey every day so far. But I’ve been sick this weekend so was reluctantly going to do the “Yoga for When You Are Sick” video instead of today’s “Home” segment - until I saw what it was! Couldn’t have been better timed. Thank you for the whole series and for the whole community.

<p>I love this one! I have been practicing daily for a little more than a year  now, and I think that when I hit that goal my practice faltered. Time for another goal, I suppose! After not practicing for a few days, this has been a good practice to come home to.... challenging at times with those deep stretches (I used the Manduka strap I gifted myself with for making it to a year, which was VERY helpful for me in the leg and hip openers... and I am a pretty flexible person), but also restful and slow-paced. At a time when I am feeling challenged in so many other areas of my life, this has been a nourishing practice for me. I might just keep repeating it each day until I feel ready for more. &lt;3</p>
