Total Body Yoga is a deep stretch practice for the legs, back, and hips. This session invites you on the mat to go deeper. This 45 min yoga practice is great for the lower back and the HIPS! Lean in, breathe deep, stretch it out, and connect to something big.

This will be a good one to repeat weekly. Try it and see how your experience changes and unfolds.

Anyone else struggle with a bit of frustration at your body not quite doing what you want it to do? I know it's part of the process and I'm trying to let go of any anger, but I'm having a bit of trouble. I think that's going to be a big part of my growth this month in the practices. To accept where I'm at without disappointment..

This is one of my all time favorites and one of my most repeated. The perfect restoration after hard labor, long travel, or time away from the mat.

I honestly dont know how any body can sit with legs out and bend forward 😅 maybe one day! Loved this practice though, just had to sit upright for the last stretch 🤷‍♀️

This is such a wonderful practice. I really wish there were more longer deep stretch videos on this app!!

This practice is wonderful! Every moment is well used, the session is well paced, and the variation options given allow infinite possibilities for going deeper with reminders to be responsible for one's own appropriate depth. I will be going back to this one often, as suggested. It's one of the best practices I've experienced over this past year of membership, although I often have that same thought after these practices.

Definitely worth having a strap and/or blocks to hand for this one! This is INTENSE! I'd also be REALLY interested in whether/how people's experience of this one differ depending on gender. I was very surprised at what seemed like an inconsistency between the things I could and couldn't do - half stirrup = v challenging, can barely lift the leg without a strap; lizard variation could get my elbows down a little if I made fists but not much, BUT I could manage the reach behind to grab the inner arch; wide-legged seated forward fold, can barely get my hands forward...I wonder if there are known differences between women's and men's issues with flexibility, or whether it's pretty gender neutral/circumstancial?

Loved this practice. Felt so good. Could do all but the last pose! I could not get anywhere near coming forward with feet up and legs wide. Someday?

I come back to this class every 10-14 days. It truly is one of the most therapeutic classes. It is wonderful to meet yourself in new ways on the mat. Thank you for your guidance Adriene. Namaste🥰
