I have a question for the community. In the pose lying down with one knee to our chest and our head lifted, I've never been able to do this without feeling discomfort in my neck and jaw area. I've tried different cues, pressing my shoulders into the mat while I lift up, putting my tongue on the roof of my mouth, very consciously relaxing the area, etc. and it's always uncomfortable. If anyone has this issue or has any solutions to offer I'd be grateful to hear about your experiences 🙏 And I still loved this calming and low-to-the-ground practice ❤️

I need encouragement to keep creating today. Yesterday was demoralising - I spent quite a lot of time working on an Instagram post for my business, which got shown to almost no one. Sometimes being creative is a very vulnerable pursuit! Bx

I am feeling fragile today, and ended up doing my yoga much later in the day than normal. I am proud that I listened to my body and waited. This was such a slow, steady, sweet, strengthen practice. So much of what I love about ywa is here. I appreciated being able to stay low and slow, but feel my body fully.

I got on my mat super sore from a workout yesterday. So I was so happy this was a mostly on your back practice. The knee stirring was especially soothing. Thanks Adriene and team!

Wow, this was an amazing class this morning. When you have been following daily with Adriene for a while you often get to know what’s coming next but with this session I was so focused as it was going places I didn’t expect. With so much focus my relaxation at the end was amazing. Loved this. Loving this whole series 🙏🏻
