Did this today on my day 600. Had a small emotional epiphany in the middle when she asked my intention. It was accomplishment. As someone who does everything and finishes very little to have a daily practice because i want to do it is still so amazing to me. And even so i still needed a day to remember why im here on day 600. This was perfect.

<p>Thank you Adriene, for all the nuggets of wisdom you give all throughout this session! Those are great for rewiring the mind. For listening to outside voices and recognizing, having the clarity the ability to focus o what really serve. To be discerning. As to which holds true and soothes my soul too. To not just follow or be influenced easily. But to lead with and through what sits well in my heart, well within my core and what feels good for my body and where my breath stays strong. It has to all land well within me for me to lead at my own pace through my heart. I am love. From a place of love. This session is another good one. I am strong. I am enough. I am able to shift, modify and change or tweak my approach to what will serve not just me…to be patient when I need to straighten both legs…be present…observe…where can I soften? Where can I lift more? Connect to my breath…this is a great practice to simply notice. And drop anything that is depleting. The pace is great to grow in each flow from within, engage the core, lead with the heart and for the mind to be mindful of how my body moves with intention, grace and stability. Aligned. Thank you! There’s no fancy poses here! But it lands well within and the benefits can be seen and felt too! This is very busy weekend after Thanksgiving and then preparing for Christmas. Love love love this flow! Perfect length for a morning practice for me. Cat cows to start and a lovely warrior/triangle flow. Ending with child’s pose and core connection. I feel strong and centered to start my day! :) x 🙏🏽💟
