<div class="editor-content"><p><span>Tune into your heart’s song with this Anahata Alignment practice! This session is all about balancing and aligning the heart chakra. When the heart chakra is in healthy alignment, you will feel compassion, forgiveness, empathy, and an openness to pure, unconditional love. Anahata translates to “unstruck” or “unhurt” in Sanskrit and is often known as the bridge between the upper and lower chakras, connecting the spiritual with the physical. It is the energy center of the body in which we can contemplate unconditional love, joy and compassion for ourselves and others. <br><br>Through yoga practice, we can work on unblocking the heart chakra with specific poses and breathwork.
