Oh how I adore this whole series. Each practice seems to be exactly what I need on any given day, as if it is meant for me.

I have been riding the wave of grief and overwhelm with a recent loved one's medical diagnosis. And this series and this community have been such a gift. The one time a day I focus on me, allow the grief to fade away and the overwhelm to move through.

Each day, gratitude fills my heart for this series, for Adriene's teachings, for the FWFG team and for this beautiful, beautiful community. Today I send each and every one of you so much love and care from my heart to yours. I am so very thankful we are all here together. 💖

Thank you for today, Adriene. I had to euthanize my 16-year-old best cat friend today. He's been with me my whole adult life, but kidney disease finally got him. The loss is something I can't describe in words. This practice was just enough - exactly what I needed in this moment. So thank you, again. I'm glad I showed up.

This was perfect! I saw rainbows around my yoga room I’ve never seen before, practicing from a totally different angle in my home. Literally, I changed up where I put my mat.

But I also feel like I saw things from a different angle mentally and focused on the rainbows. Here’s a snapshot of my pants filling with rainbow during forward fold:

Have been really anxious starting grad school and working my normal job. The last few days I’ve been so in my head but this lil diddy came in and changed the game. Things came naturally with my breath and after so many years it’s become intuitive when I start to lean into the flow.

Thanks as always 😘

I was really nervous coming to the mat today as I’ve been poorly the past couple days with awful tonsillitis 🤒but I felt so energised and flowed freely during this practice. Totally surprised! Feeling good now, although still poorly. Thank you 🙏

I am fasting today. I was scared of how this practice was going to go. I did fall a couple times but with your words of encouragement I kept going! Thank you Adriene, namaste 😊

I'd love to be able to annotate these with some private notes so that I can remember what's what, but I don't think there's a way to do that? So I'm leaving this comment here mostly for myself. Gentle beginner level practice with some good twists, practice low lunge, plenty of vinyasas, and some balancing challenges at the end.

What a ride! I am grateful for this practice and this whole series! It’s doing wonders for my whole being! It’s bringing out so much love and compassion, I find myself connecting with people more - spreading love and warmth. It’s so good to be able to bring a smile out of everyone I am fortunate enough to share space with. I mean, for sure it has to do with my spine, hips, shoulders and all over feeling of alignment, connecting within - my inner transmitters seem to be rejoicing. I smiled the whole time during this practice. I tried this morning to practice but there was a break in the weather so walked a little instead…then got busy so I’m late to the mat. Glad I did this! I was apprehensive at first, then was smiling in a few minutes! I noticed in savasana that I am more “flushed” with the mat! Complete surrender!
