<p>Today is my 54th birthday ๐Ÿค </p><p>This practice is exactly what I needed this morning ๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿ’›</p><p>Since beginning my yoga practice ( a starting over) this fall I have noticed so many changes in my body, in my mind and my spirit. </p><p></p><p>I am so grateful!</p><p></p><p>I still have lots of tightness in my right hip, and this practice today was so good! </p><p></p><p>All my best to everyone here ๐Ÿค๐Ÿค๐Ÿค</p>

This was perfect for me today! I had a seizure on Saturday and I am still recovering, I have epilepsy, and this was a nice practice, slow paced, and great to help me recover. I would like to see just one video even, yoga for after a seizure. I have convulsive seizures, and the injuries i get from falling take a toll on my body. This was very nice. Thank you Adrienne!

<p>My hips really needed this, but doing this as a morning practice I nearly spilled onto the mat a couple of times in the lunged twists. Stability may be something to work towards for me!ย ๐Ÿ˜‚</p>

I've never understood the cue "lift your knee caps" - could someone explain or give some tips on how to approach it? ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ™

I feel like I don't get the benefit from these fast vinyasas. So I take the individual poses and hold them longer, but it would be nice if there were more videos for people like me. I want to build strength and balance with a challenging, but with more time given to each pose so my muscles and breathing can really work together. I do love her voice, and its calm friendliness.

But more than I was expecting but I did it! Had sound issues though - picture would move but no sound then sound would catch up. Had it with the last few new videos &amp; not happening on any other platforms so don't think its my internet!
