Home I crave certainty so when there isn't any when the promises of my youth turn out to be illusory when the seasons become unreliable when culture is polarized and unstable when we've got too many answers for the wrong questions when life means less and less when panic hijacks my nervous system when the middle ground becomes a ghost town and wisdom keepers have left the building I return to my breath my body the skin I'm in the ground beneath me gravity pushing grounding insisting home home home home this is a sure thing.

Oh those dreaded hip dip! I stopped, looked up at you and just watched, then I said...enough.... just do them, so I rewinded to the start of the hip dips and just did them. 😏

My feet are in much better condition now! The balls of my feet split open after 9 months of yoga. Very painful. But they have healed, and my feet are softer than before! 🙏

Very much appreciated the attention to the feet — especially after exploring crow pose yesterday. Found the back body work hard on my left trap, weirdly, and had to stop and move to child pose. Loved the stillness throughout 🙏🏼🧘🏻‍♀️💕
