<p>So happy to see this long-time favorite on the calendar! The wildfire smoke (in Mountain West U.S.) is lately terrible, air quality awful, so it was wonderful to be with Adriene on that lovely beach while I’m stuck in my house. Love this gentle, no-frills flow. Though I always miss Benji a bit :). Thank you for including this one in our calendar! ❤️🙏❤️</p>

Great session to close sparkling July! Thank you for this short feel good flow! You said it: Awesome! Indeed! Definitely building a stronger and more toned body. Physical yoga practice helps me off the mat too. I am able to sit in awareness for longer periods. I have more clarity. I find myself more in tune with or grounded in the present moment instead of rehashing the past or worrying about what other catastrophes are ahead of us. Focused and accepting if what is. Centered and grounded, I feel more confident and uplifted; I have what I need to sustain and help me to feel good whenever necessary. It does not take much, even just a small dose of YWA goes a long way to FWFG. It’s oh so great to have the support needed to keep on top of things. Ride the wave with flourish. Thanks Adriene, FWFG team, Rey, Sumair and everyone here practicing along with me. I recognize the awesomeness in all of us, Namaste ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜
