I struggled with this, i’ve been struggling to get to my mat lately period. I did 10 minutes, im still praising myself for that. I will try this again.

<p>I'd been contemplating doing the Empower series this April. I've started today (a few days before) as it's the Easter holiday weekend ,so I've got a few days off work 😅. I always remember the jumping jacks are in this video, but I think it's mind over matter as I found them ok while I was doing them. i'd forgotten about dancer pose (which is one of my faves) and I practiced crow instead of head stand 🧘♀️</p>

I'm here for 30 days of Empower after 30 days of move! My practice in 2021 was less than regular, and i was very excited to find that Move turned that around within 2 weeks. I didn't think i would even get to 30 minutes of Heart, but i finished! Mind you, tomorrow I'll show up with a bra on. This is not a comfy clothes practice! hahaha. 🤪
