So I find the connection between the hips and the emotions really fascinating. Has anyone came across any resources about why this is? Articles, books? I like trying to learn the anatomical and/or spiritual reasons behind things.

This practice helps me so much, my daily life is improved as it’s the only exercise I have found to help me be relatively pain free in my left hip. Adrienne you really are a life changer for me and so many others. Thank you 🙏🏻🙏🏻💚💚

For some reason, even keeping my knees on my yoga mat, froggy pose hurts! My knees are red and painful by the time I’m done. Feels like I might as well be putting my knees on concrete. Am I doing something wrong, is there a way to solve this?

Even though I have an extra thick mat, the frog pose was impossible because of the terrible pressure pain on te top/inside of my feet and the inside of my knee… anyone got tips to adjust?

I do have fibromyalgia that doesnt help…

Did the rest as long as I could, and was surpised that laying down after felt so comfortable (normally an issue for me) and after the flow I had a huge amount of weird after-yoga-symptoms. Very drowsy, sudden crying, cold and shaky, very weird!

Oh my goodness this practice relieved my back pain so much! I have been doing Adriene's other hips and back practices but this one gave me instantaneous relief. Thank you so much. You continue to be a blessing sent.

Like so many of the newer videos there is an almost constant talking or instruction or joking and for me it’s just way too distracting. Also not as much yoga in this video. Love the videos with the voiceovers best. Love Adrienne though!

My mum died, aged 80, three weeks ago today. I've been feeling anxious and not within my body ever since. This practice has helped me to feel more within myself and the savasana at the end was the most at peace I have felt in a long time. Thank You ❤️
