Find comfort in lunges and seated twists; support your body in Shavasana using a blanket or towel; trust yourself to find what your body needs.</p><p><br></p><p>Two blocks and a blanket or towel are used in this video.</p>

Thank you Alia, I’ve found both your practices very helpful! May I make a request for a future video (which you may already have on your list, of course)? I have never been able to step my foot up to be next to my hand, either from a downward dog or a table top position. Do you have tips, suggestions or adjustments that make that more possible while still keepimg the rhythm of the flow, as you did here?

I really enjoyed this flow class! I have s request for a future session - can you suggest a modification for those of us who cannot smoothly bring a leg forward from downward dog into a lunge? I’m 5’ 2” with comparatively short arms &amp; legs and just don’t have room to do that motion in one movement.

Thank you beautiful Alia. Really enjoyed this practice a lot. Do you have any tips on getting your back leg from down dog through to a lunge please? I cant do it in one go and have to heave my leg through. Namaste and thank you so much 💜🕊🙏

I kero coming back to this one. I love it so much! It actually gets harder, because i am able to really concentrate on getting the position right and feeling it rather than just trying to get near it. I look forward to more of these!

What a happy gentle energy from Alia!🌷 I'm almost 7 months pregnant, and the bump gets on the way. 🙈 So I'll be definitely adding some of these variations to my regular practice. As there, unfortunately, aren't many prenatal yoga videos here 😕 (Can we get some please? 😊🤰🏽) I really enjoyed Alia as a teacher and will be looking out for more videos with her. 🙌

I’m a bony flat chested girl and still thought this was wonderful! You have such a sweet and inclusive spirit, and your cuing is great!
