<p>Beautiful! Great practice after Alia’s Half Moon Flow. Truly piling on the good stuff. Building up from within my innermost sanctum, connecting breath-body-mind and soul. Stable (mostly!). Centered (yes!). Uplifted (definitely!). This was such a lovely piece of flow. I love this session, as with everything else’s here too 🥰 I feel so light and contained after this. I got a nice strengthening stretches. To (intuit me off the mat): expand in moments of contractions and free-up all those stagnant energies (don’t hoard it! 😄) but use those to empower me instead of depleting my resources or getting in my own way! 😇 Those are nice takeaways. I am grateful for the time I get to spend (again now) on my mat. It’s such an empowering undertaking to meet myself where I am and let the findings be what propels me throughout my day. Gather intel and power on, fully aware that I know who I am and I can flow through the day at my own pace. Trust. Self awareness, clarifying intentions/visions/visions, understanding and love! Connecting the dots. Great way to meet the day. I love this whole session I relished everything, especially the locust(?) pose and then the side stretch…and of pushing my toes to my hands to stretch my hamstrings, quads, hips and calf, that’s so beautifully done! Gift my hips some love. This left me with a sense of wonder, great accomplishments and levity —- to look upon the world of endless possibilities. Blank slate, clear the cache, create space, convert stagnant energies to power my innermost core and breathe life way into the innermost parts of my body and let that be what my mind recalls, how flexible I can be in the heated moments…so much so that my mind automatically (always) steer me back into what it gathered for me (on the mat and in all my other (now) daily self-study/love activities)…to stay present, trust my essence…my gut, my instincts, my intuition…and connect to those images of limitless possibilities that I gathered here…and let that be where I flow from and pace myself along with my breath to rise up….it’s a heartwarming feeling, that I am all for me! Yess! Thank you Adriene, wherever you are in the corner of the world, may you be suffused with loved, kindness and compassionate suooort too, the very same way you make me feel everyday! The answers lie within me…and you’re always a great guide to lead me to FWFG! I’m sending love and light to everyone practicing. Have a beautiful day…and life! 💛💚🩵💙💜 11/18/25</p>
