Good practice, but this forme was definitely not thr chill i was expecting at all. Lots of three legged dogs, lunges, half pressips etc... i probably wouldnt recommend this if you are looking for a restorative chilloractice. But a stretchy, strong calm prectice maybe. Turned ip armed with my blanket and chill clothes so felt a bit meh about it.

For some reason desite being a member for years, it’s my first time doing this practice (I usually do yoga in the morning so I tend to choose more energetic videos) but what a gem this is ! At the end you feel so chilled yet revitalised. It’s incredible. Straight to my favourites ! Thank you so much Adriene.
