<p>Day 17 of going Revolution 8 years later! Beautiful practice. Love the Half Warriors—so much time to refine, remember to tuck my tailbone, reach way beyond the physical, all while supported in the bent leg for steadiness. Today, I had to keep my fingers on the mat for the squat, but I know some days I can put my palms together.  At the end, I could only do Happy Baby instead of Plow because my head felt woozy. At 75, I have to be a bit more careful about how I move my body, listen, and respect its wisdom.  So happy to be able to make my own decisions on the poses and still feel confident and strong!  And a few minutes later, I can tell that it did a number on my legs, as if I'd been doing squats! See, even stillness is powerful!</p>
