Hi FWFG friends? Question: is there a way to make notes or comments for my personal use? Id like to put some words or thoughts at certain practises (lije a journey) but i thunk it is not so interisting for the rest of the world.

I joined FWFG in 2015, and today, after 10 ys of regular practice five days a week, I took flight i crow and just soared. So grateful 😍

This practice was not for me this morning, my body called for slow ease, so I did my own thing, pulling on the previous yoga sessions and my body said thank you. Generally I find that practices where Adriene uses her voice-overs are too swift and energetic for me but that’s ok, there are a lot of different yogis out there all finding what feels good for them. I enjoyed looking at the ocean.Namaste x

I loved this today. I felt strong and powerful and proud that it felt much easier than last time I did this video. BUT I wanted to mention for anyone who struggled or felt demoralised that they couldnt keep up that we’ve all been there and that not every practice is for everyone all of the time. In the past I have pushed myself to follow the monthly calendar and felt bad if I didnt keep up with it, but I’m learning that it is much more fulfilling to use the calendar as inspiration make it your own

This was not for my body today. I kept the practice running and I stayed on the mat to stretch, doing my own thing. It was lovely to glance up now and again to look at the waves rolling on to the shore. I do miss the sea. Namaste x

This is one of my favorites. It's amazing how different it feels when you haven't done it in a while and come back to it. When I first started this used to be hard for me and I could barely keep up or do the ab work. Now after 6 years of daily practice, I feel how much stronger I am because I don't dread doing it cause it's too hard. I can even do the ab work (fairly) easily now. You can do hard things if you stay consistent and work at it. You can do more than you think you can. Thank you Adriene 💗

Old favorite that I haven't done in a long time. Felt awesome.
