Nice flow, but based on the description I expected more pranayama and some mention of chakras. I specifically went to this practice because I was looking for a “happiness boost” but no mention of mood boosting either…🤷🏼‍♀️

Heels touched ground for first time ever in yogic squat. Heels only centimetres from ground in down dog. A little every day for the past two months has made all the difference (instead of just doing 30 days in January and never coming back all year despite the best of intentions)

Perfect. Really enjoyed the variations to the bridge. My back is so happy. My balance poses are almost spot on. I always add about 3 minutes of toe sitting at the end. There are so many videos available to the community. We are able to incorporate whatever we feel we need. Thank you for being our guide.

I had to back off my balance poses a little although i noticed one side working better than the other. I will enjoy building a little or a lot on what I could do today.
