Crow Practice guides you through a sequence of yoga poses that will help you take flight. It's not about the yoga pose but how you get there!

Stretch out, warm up, and connect to the deeper muscles that will lift you up and guide you to fly in Bakasana. Check out the Foundations of Crow Practice for full Bakasana tutorial.

This practice is a great one to repeat! Work to be present each time you arrive back on your mat and watch both your awareness and the asanas grow! Namaste.

(Halloween 2016)

Maybe someone can give me some advice. I have soft, sensitive skin and the pressure of my legs pressing into the backs of my arms, even lightly, is ouchy ouchy! The same thing happens with my foot against my inner thigh in tree. Any tips?

I would say don't be put of by the title of this one. It's jot all about Criw. It's a strong, challenging practice, gocusing on strengthening. I mostly get irritated by Crow, but today, for me, it felt important to take on something that I didn't want to do and to calmly focus on process. I ended up both enjoying and really benefiting from this. And guess what. I did get both toes off the ground for a millisecond 😂

After two years of daily yoga, this pose still remaina elusive for me. Trying to just be okay with what IS! :)

For me, this is the love/hate asana…after all the years of trying, still don’t get the right feeling. My question is: is there a type of body that can’t acheive this posture? Too short arms? Tender wrists? Etc…

The first time I did this practice I was too tired and sweaty to even try crow at the end. Now a year and a half later I have the strength to at least get to the end of the video and get up in crow for a second! The power of daily practice is amazing. Can’t wait to see what I’ll be able to do in another year and a half 😌

So excited! I managed to take the time to watch and actually stay in crow position for over 5 seconds! Thank you! Proud moment!

OK, I’m gonna brag. Straight legged press on hands, then slowly flowed down into Crow. It felt so good. It’s been a while since I’ve done that. I heard a few things pop in my body, but was super determined! (I’ll probably feel it tomorrow) Thank you Adriene Family! 🌈✨
