This was super relaxing and great for explaining how to let our energy flow properly. I have a question about my arms and hands though. When we were standing on our knees with our fingers interlaced behind, I have a lot of flexibility in my shoulders so I was able to do this fairly easily, but my hands and a little up my wrist started to get a little tingly like when you sit on your foot and it falls asleep. This tingling feeling also happened in my hands when we had one arm wrapped around our head as a weight on our ear and sticking the other arm out. Only the hand that was on my head got tingly during that, not both. Should I not do these types of poses if I am getting tingly hands or is this okay?

I loved Miguel's anecdote about thinking tiny people inside his body helped him digest his food, as a child! As a former weird kid (who's now just a weird adult), I totally related. My body won't always do things quite like Adriene's does -- which is fine, we are different people! -- so I think I especially like this practice because the gentle teaching pace provides time to think through potential adjustments, as Miguel does a couple of times in the session. I'd love to see Miguel back for a future practice!

What a beautiful practice. I loved everything - especially being able to experience Adriene teaching someone “live/in the moment.” This is such a gift. Thank you Adriene and Miguel!!

This was just a breath of fresh air. Nice and structured, slow and to the ground. It was great to feel more in a group environment and I found it really special!
