<p>Thank you for dispelling the myth that is having a ‘blank mind’. So many times during meditation practice I’ve (very frustratedly) thought to myself, what am I missing? Why can’t I get it? And wondering what that must feel like. Shifting the idea to embracing everything instead - and rolling with it - is a key I didn’t know I was looking for 🙌</p>
