Can anyone please tell me how much we use our arms and hands for weight bearing in this practice. I've got some issues going on in both arms/hands and can't put weight on them at this time. Thank you 🙏🥰

Uhm. So. I must have needed that. Because I started crying. I think crying is my body’s way of releasing energy… but instead of allowing the tears and my emotions to control me… I’m trying to breath through the tears, trying to calmly accept the emotions and release them with my breath. There’s nothing wrong with crying. In its place it’s good. Beautiful. Releasing… and sometimes ugly and painful… but needful and nourishing in the long run… but today, I didn’t want to be controlled by them.

What I loved most:

1. Be with yourself.

2. Pour your heart into your voice.

3. You don’t need to punish yourself.

4. Listen to your inner self and trust it.

I love the idea of working with my inner self/spirit, my breath, my brain, my heart and my body…. It knows who we are and what paths we need to tread.

I needed this.

Thank you!!!!

I really loved this practice Marnie! I was tired at the end but managed to do most of it. I can get my raised arm behind my ear sitting or standing but find it hard in side angle. Not sure why. lol Maybe it’s my tight shoulders and upper back.

I really didn't want to commit to a long video today, after having recieved news that quite literally were a blow to my face and made me question myself again. But then I saw that it was a fresh Marnie video and it was like the universe gave me a sign that I needed her motherly presence right now.

Oh boy was that right, dear universe.

Right upon hearing her voice I started bawling my eyes out on the mat but managed to stay focused enough to eventually calm down and follow through. The balancing sequences challenged me, re-centered me and now I feel much more grounded again, with myself.

Words can not express my gratitude for the practice, for Marnie or for this comunity. I now step off the mat reassured and consoled thanks to all of you.

May the light shine on all of you, Namaste ❤️

I will always remeber this wonderful transformational practice this wonderful night. Classic Marnie but with the best new cues esp in twists that changed everything. Every Hallows Eve blessing x.
