Build strength from the feet up in this 17-minute practice from Liz that works the lower body while toning the arms and upper back.
That was really amazing Liz! I didn't have weights, but my arms certainly were still getting a workout. My knees always crack and pop constantly in a squat like position. Not painful, but definitely not nice. Any tips on what I need to strengthen/stretch in order to prevent this? Definitely one to repeat, and going into my favourites. I slowed down the playback so I didn't miss the cues. Thank you so much. Just one little request; the volume seemed low, even with my laptop speakers set to their max I was missing some words.

So nice! I’d really love more practices with low weight dumbbells/hand weights 💕

Loved this!!! Definitely going to return. Used a can of cranberry sauce and corned beef hash as my weights 😂

I finally tried something other than Adriene! Thank you, Liz, for an energizing practice. My two water bottles served well as weights. I will do this one again and again!

Hello! This was such a lovely practice. I usually think about my toes being inspectors of the future...as they are the first to try / step towards the way... today I honoured my toes ☺️

This was wonderful😍for shoulders and all. (Today one of my knees made squeaking sounds. It is the age, 79). I used two cans, and it worked perfectly. From now on I will keep them in room temperature. I will meet the day with ease💝🙏🏻💝🇳🇴🌦️

Well hello arms 💪!! This was amazing thank you Liz. Sometimes big results come from small actions … and this is so one of those practises. I will definitely be doing this regularly.

Love your teaching style and welcomed the introduction to prepare 🙏 💜

Can I use two- to three-pound weights? If I choose to, are there any contraindications for these exercises? Thanks !
