For those who want to see the practice put together - It's not perfect by any means - I've tried to video it for you.... Hopefully you can follow the link:

https://photos.app.goo.gl/X2MatuPtgBpzCsvi9

The lighting, and the camera angle aren't perfect, but hopefully you can get the idea. I felt that I might have messed up the legs on my first go, so I did a 2nd round.

Hope this is helpful?

Love and light, Kate 🧑🏽 🫶🏽 💖 ✨🕯️✨🌿🕊️

I don't think I quite got it either, chaturanga is one transition that still escapes me, ¡no hay manera!

I feel like this video is missing the actual sequence where you put all these tips together? I feel like I may have the foundations for chaturanga now, but still not sure how to actually execute it

Adriene! This was wonderful! I think I finally might be getting better at this one after almost four years of daily yoga! Thank you, as always 💛.

I believe this is the first time I have done this practice/tutorial! Thanks Adriene! Nice breakdown of chaturanga! Just enough of everything involved in the process to really get it all sink in with us. 3 reps in hovering knee caps (from tabletop positions), half planks w/ push ups then child’s pose and from downward facing dog to knees (on the mat) then chest (bum up) and chin. Then the whole chaturanga, nice Adriene! With ample rests in between. So supportive, clear cues focusing on alignments, breathing, sensations, what body parts/muscles are engaged…. Hugging the midline, the core, tucking the pelvis and drawing up…something like that. Nice way to flow with confidence and ease! On the mat and in life. Seeet! Thanks FWFG and YWA! May we all find our and maintain our balance in any given situation. Peace, Light and Love to All! 06/18/24 💚🩵💙💜
