I loved this. Just out of curiosity does anyone else find the idea of standing straight up from the floor, as Adrienne did at the begining, almost impossible :)

Day 1 of the challenge done. This practice was wayyyy to physical for my physical limitations. I sat almost the entire practice, trying not to feel discouraged. Anyone else experiencing the same? If the flows will stay as Fiery I might switch to my own choice of videos

Nice practice. I used the setting to slow down the Playback rate of the video at the beginning as I feel a bit low in energy today and I could enjoy the flow without feeling stressed by the speed. This trick might help you too

This is my all-time favorite not only because of the voice over, but also because of the tempo throughout. Are there more similar to this? 💜

Okay, okay, okay... ☺️ I slowed the speed to .75. I skipped a few down dogs, I added a child's pose here and there... did plank with on my knees half the time... did not fall out of Warrior 3, slowed my roll and delightfully... at my pace... enjoyed the oceanside session with the music... all at a slower pace. My FWFG pace. That to me is yoga and all it embodies,,, acceptance and nonviolence... Modify, modify, modify.

Can anyone explain the cue to put your hands under your bum, bring your shoulders together, but then to keep your low back flush with the mat to do the leg lifts/lowers? Once my hands are under my bum, my low back is off the mat because it's on my hands/wrists. What am I missing here? Or is there a modification I can do? I ended up keeping my palms facedown on either side of me.

Hey kula🌞! Any tips on moving from a seated position to standing? I'd appreciate any info on how this works (my mind/body is not connecting!). Thank you ❤️.

Doing this first thing in the morning is kicking my ass (and muscles) big time. Although sometimes a tick too fast for me it's the best way to start the day. I'm sure after June we will be a bit more toned, in body and mind. Thx Adriene! love, peace and courage to all of you! ❤️🙏🏼

Thank you, Adriene, this was lovely. I really enjoyed today's practice and was ready for some heat. Thank you for sharing some more intermediate practices and those that both flow and those that focus on isometric holding and working in one pose for a few focused moments. I love your authenticity and what you bring to all the practices you share. So does my son - he's 3 - and he's always excited to see you on screen. Incidentally, he wants to share his breakfast with you today :-). In warm gratitude.
