Thank you for this insightful video! Marrying the breath to the movement is a great to keep in mind as it makes a world of difference, both on and off the mat. Your videos are very supportive/descriptive, but the way you dissected the cat-cow pose here is spot on, in my opinion! ❤️

day 5& 6 done - took my time to do today's practice very slowly with focused attention - feel I need some work on my shoulders because they just refuse to stay away from my ears...everyday a little improvement either in the actual posture or body awareness - it's all good.🦋🙏
