<p>Anybody have tips for making the most of “knocking on heaven’s door”? I know it’s one of Adriene’s faves but I struggle with it every single time. Feeling like I don’t get it, would appreciate advice from those of you who can rock that move haha. Thanks friends!</p>

Today I got my bonus @ work and it was very disappointing given how hard I have been working this year. I took a mini break and had myself a little crying session. I have been doing yoga consistently for 61 days with your videos as a newbie. I wanted to do 30 just to see what it would do to me if I stuck with it. I hit 30, then I kept going and hit 60. I've decided to just go for 100 now. Today I really did not want to do anything. I was feeling incredibly burnt out and defeated after my bonus news. I thought to myself: it's okay if you break the streak - you did reach your goal and you even went beyond it. But I have to say: I am so, so, so glad I did not give up on myself or my goal to keep my streak going. This practice was JUST what I needed today. I feel so much better. Onward to 100 days! Thank you Adriene!

So many yogis noting that this practice is in their "favorites," as it is in mine. Would love to see a top 10 or 20 list of the most favorited practices of the fwfg community. (Would also love to have red yoga pants like the ones Adriene wore for this practice ☺️ .)

Thank you for this practice Adriene. Great at night too. Brain and body effortlessly unite to achieve balance and expansion. Nice crescent/low lunge and downward dogs to lunge then cobra. Great mindful pacing and so much goodness packed in such a short time. Love those wide-legged forward folds. I feel so spacious and flexible in both mind and body after this. I feel light, bright and upright after KoHD. Somatic movements, so good - thanks Marnie! Thank you for this practice Adriene. Great for evening too. A big moment happened for me today… I made it into wide-legged forward fold with my forearms on the ground! I’ve tried this so many times, but I’ve finally built the flexibility to get there. You’ve got to love the daily practice! 🙌🏼
