The practice won’t always leave you feeling rejuvenated. But I love this idea of coming in close contact with the awareness and understanding of what it feels like to bring energy to something. Often we are energizing things that are not serving us, whether it is through our thoughts, actions, our daily rituals, our habits.

This practice gives us the tools to notice that where our attention goes… energy flows.

Today we begin with the breath of fire, to stir the pot energetically, and give you the juice you need for this rejuvenating flow.

What are you ready to bring new energy to?

Let me know what is on your mind today in the comment section!

I wrote this poem inspired by today's practice! Thank you so much for this journey Adriene! In the distance a single jet plane carves a thin white line in the bright blue sky its sole purpose clear its destination known If I could only bring my brain into that same alignment chart a map of the journey starting at x and ending at y then maybe I could drop into the seat of the pilot Eyes set, hands ready savoring the process allowing myself to release all uncertainty to the ground below Smile lifting with the wind as I feel my feet begin to lift off

Wow!! Just jumped back into daily morning practices this year after some time off due to neck/ shoulder issues, the power of the mind, my beliefs were that I couldn’t do yoga anymore, then something shifted… and now I find myself back where I was when I first found you back in 2020, you were my precious daily lockdown friend, and despite veering off the tracks, my wisdom always brings me back, but it’s about allowing the time and space to know yourself. Thankyou Adriene, I am building my strength back again, feel so grateful, and it’s so great to be able to download these practices and take them with me wherever I am. 🙏 sending love and blessings to you all. Have a wonderful day 💜💜💜

SO SO good!!! Adding this to my favorites!! Loved everything about this practice!! Total rejuvenation for me! Came to the mat sad, depleted and disconnected and now I really do feel so much better! So grateful to Adriene for all of the amazing practices we have at our fingertips! I wish everyone could experience the feeling yoga brings to the body but most importantly the soul! Today was a perfect reminder of why I practice daily. I didn’t feel like it because I was feeling so sad and off but after practicing it completely changed my perspective! So thankful!!

🙏🏻💗☮️🧘🏼‍♀️🪬

Well this is a first, but I wasn't about to miss a day because I haven't yet. Did this in a van during a blizzard, which turned into a traffic jam, and we've been sitting here for 2 hours now, with more time to pass. At least I got yoga in 😜

My cat was very concerned with breath of fire. I know Adriene always says pets love it, but that was the first time I experienced it!

First ever successful side plank! Almost didn’t even try for it...pins in left arm and right ankle from fractures years ago...honestly didn’t think it would ever be possible to achieve. Thank you, Adriene!!!

Today was interesting. My body felt tired and my breath not as deep as i wanted to. Per usual i still tried to go for perfection until you ssked us what it means to bring new energy or energy at all to something. So i tried and will continue to try to bring new energy to when i feel the need for perfection: to pause, listen and respond with softness(regardless of the judgemental monkey mind). Thank you, once again. ❤️
