I also talk about my goals behind bringing guest teachers on and why it's important.</p><p><br></p><p>Finally, I am happy to announce an incredibly special partnership with FLUENZ, one that is focused on language, learning, mindfulness, art, yoga, and adventure - in MEXICO CITY!</p><p><br></p><p>Our one-week Yoga &amp; Spanish Journey will meet you wherever you are on your path. Whether you need community, solitude, exploration, or a space to practice, learn, process and rest, each moment of this immersion is custom designed to guide you, support you, and nourish you in the best possible way.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a different kind of retreat than we have done in the past and together, with Sonia, we have curated an incredible offering, that I wanted to let you FWFG members know about first.</p><p><br></p><p>There will be two Yoga and Spanish experiences in 2019, each limited to 12 participants. The first Experience will take place between May 26 and June 2.
